Rates

• All quoted room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise.
• The rates are including 21% tax, service charge and American breakfast, unless specified otherwise.
• There will be high season surcharge during July, August, September and at the end of December till the beginning of January. It will be advised upon confirmation of any reservation.

To make a Booking & Enquiries

• We only use one FORM for booking and enquire.
• Please fill the BOOKING FORM / ENQUIRY FORM for reservation or any of your requests. All details are needed to process the reservation.
• Check again your email address before submitting the request.

Booking Confirmation

To Reconfirm The Booking

All confirmed booking shall be guaranteed with your valid credit card details and will be charged if there is any cancellation.

• Credit card number
• Card holder name
• Expiration date
• Bank name of the card
• Passport number
• Birth day
• 3 last digits number written on the back cover of visa / master card
• 4 digits number written on the front top cover of Amex

Payment Procedures will be advised upon confirmation of your reservation.

To Cancel or Amend The Booking

Please use the previous correspondence to cancel the booking or to amend the booking. Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Booking

The basic cancellation policies when using our services are as below:

• During Normal Season - One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• During July, August - One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• During 20 December - 5 January - One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.

Hotel Voucher

All hotel vouchers will be sent to the hotel directly. If you need the copy of the voucher, please let us know the fax number or we will email you the copy.
