This piece of land has a 210 Meter beach front and such a beautiful place, if we take a canoe the water is very calm, good for pearl farming, and good for any skiing and from the ocean looking toward the land you see the background of Gerokgak Hill about 6 KM away and very green. The water is no problem, digging 3 meter we can get enough water to water the garden, and clean water can be obtain when digging 12 Meter deep. The water flows from the Gerokgak mountain to the ocean via this land, and one block behind this land there is even a spring that is never dry years long.

Walls has been built, 300 mango trees already grown up as well as coconut trees. One sitting Bale Bengong is built on the beach where we can sit and have lunch while looking to the beautiful blue water.

We also have built a lake where the swallow birds can swim and 6 houses where the birds stay the night and hopefully in the future make enough nests to be sold to the Chinese for bird nest soup - a delicacy.
